PSHS-CVisC management, for this school year, had begun with the end in mind of making its employees more effective by bringing in the principles of "7 Habits of Highly Effective Educators" with its three-day seminar workshop from July 19 to 21, 2016.

Around 60 employees participated in the workshop formulated by the world-renowned FranklinCovey, a global company specializing in performance improvement which helps organizations achieve results that require a change in human behavior.

Topics on the 7 Habits were effectively implanted thru lecture discussions supplemented with video presentations, situation analysis, and active participation from the attendees.

The seminar was facilitated by experts from the Center for Leadership and Change, Inc., the international partner of FranklinCovey in the country.

Campus Director Dr. Warren D. Cordeta then headed the giving of certificates to the facilitators and participants at the end of the three-day workshop.
